Dr. Chuck Osuagwu

Fondly referred to as “Dr. Chuck” by patients and colleagues, he attended medical school at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, where he was awarded numerous honors.

Dr. Osuagwu later completed his Internal Medicine residency at UT Southwestern working at Parkland Memorial Hospital, Dallas VA hospital, and Zale Lipshy University Hospital. Dr. Osuagwu is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been in practice for over 10 years. As an internist, he is passionate about finding and correcting the root cause of illness, not only symptom treatment and preventing disease before it begins.

He practices comprehensive medicine and treats each patient as a unique individual. His focus is on wellness, weight loss, and preventive anti-aging. Dr. Chuck Osuagwu believes that every person can improve their health and live a happier and more productive lifestyle. His approach emphasizes on preventive care, weight loss, nutrition, exercise, hormone balance, adrenal and thyroid health, and allergy treatment as pillars of wellness. At Centerville Medical Center, we are passionate about finding and correcting the root causes of illness, not just symptoms alone, and preventing disease before it begins.

Dr. Osuagwu currently maintains active staff privileges at Baylor Medical Center Garland, Dallas Medical Center, and Lake Pointe Medical Center. Dr. Osuagwu was voted among D-Magazine‘s Best Doctor for 2015 & 2016.
