I went to Dr. Osuagwu for CALMARE scrambler treatments for Polyneuropathy in my toes,feet,and legs. 10 treatments @$250.00/treatmet. I advised the doctor on day one that I was taking a prescribed medication that might be contraindicated according to the manufacturer. Dr. Chuck said “it’ll probably be ok.” On the 10th treatment day he called the manufacturer and was told,”yes that medication could interfere with the treatment.” This isn’t what I’d consider “good medicine”, more like Greed. Now 6 months later, I’m Still in horrible pain, never any relief! It’s been about a year since I spoke with Dr.Osuagwu and he said “I can help you.” $2500 to CMC and $2000 for lodging in Garland (I live in Little Rock, Arkansas) and almost $500 in “medical foods” by EBM Medical, promoted by CMC, plus gas and I came up Empty, Nothing! All my hopes and trust in Dr. Osuagwu for NAUGHT.

This was my first time going into this office and yes I would recommend it. It's conveniently located, the staff was knowledgeable and pleasant even when patrons we're not. And Dr Chuck was absolutely the best! I did not feel rushed nor judged even when doc was discussing things that I knew I should have been more on top of but was not. Instead, he patiently addressed my concerns and offered professional medical advice and direction. My follow-up appointment was scheduled before I left the office, every accommodation that could be made for me was and the staff's efficiency allowed me to get in and out during an extended lunch break.

DR. O is a good doctor. His support staff is terrible especially at follow up call backs. I have had to call multiple times on 4 separate occasions just get things done. It’s been a week since I was promised a call back. I called 2 days ago and was again promised a call I am still waiting for
